Properties was established to service the commercial and industrial real estate
needs of West Virginia by Broker John Deitz, who has been licensed by the West
Virginia Real Estate Commission for over 30 years. The main offices are located
in Teays Valley, just off the Charleston to Huntington Corridor. Deitz is joined
in the Hurricane office by licensed sales agents Julie Lamotta and the Honorable
Mike Hall, also a West Virginia State Senator.
A native of Richwood, Deitz has teamed up with licensed sales agent Tim Curtis to open a full service real estate office in Richwood. The Richwood office was established during the summer of 2007 and is providing professional.marketing and sales services to Richwood and to Nicholas, Pocahontas, Greenbrier, Fayette, Braxton and Webster counties
